What We Collect

When you create an account or start a Gong preview, we collect your identity, email, optional contract timing, attribution, preview status, content-free inventory findings, and purchase events. Gong credentials are used in memory and are not stored in our databases or logs.

If you submit a marketing form, we collect the contact and project details you provide. We store the request in Neon and sync the contact and related attributes to Brevo for follow-up. The form does not ask for credentials.

Our application stores an HMAC-SHA-256 value derived from your IP address for rate limiting, not the raw address in the marketing database. Hosting and security providers may process request IP addresses under their own privacy and retention policies.

How We Use Your Data

We use account and request information to provide previews, review migration fit, fulfill Chorus projects you authorize, process purchases, secure the service, and respond to you. We do not sell your information.

Data Storage

Account records, leads, content-free preview findings, and funnel events are stored in Neon Postgres. Lead contacts are also synced to Brevo for follow-up. The three selected preview calls are held in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket isolated to that trial and authorized by a dedicated Durable Object. Access ends after three days; alarm retries and an R2 lifecycle rule backstop deletion. Analytics data is processed by Vercel in accordance withVercel's privacy policy.

For a managed Chorus migration, the operator temporarily processes available recordings and call metadata to deliver them to your Azure Blob. The local working copy is removed after delivery. Project files are not stored in the marketing database.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us atprivacy@portshift.app. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Cookies and Analytics

The marketing site uses no advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless. The app uses Clerk session cookies for authentication and security.
